Return Policy
We’re happy to assist you in the event you need to return a past purchase. Jewelry must be in a new condition and returned within seven days, by the purchaser, for a full refund back to the original form of payment. A store credit or exchange may be given within 30 days of purchase.
*Consignment purchases, class rings, engraved items, watches, special orders, modified and/or custom pieces are not refundable.
Shipping Policy
Komara Jewelers offers standard and expedited shipping on all online orders. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. All orders will require a customer signature. We ship to the contiguous 48 states, Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, international shipping is unavailable.
Please allow us 1-3 business days to process all orders. Any order placed after 2 PM CST will begin processing the following business day. Processing times don’t include transit time. Transit time is typically between 7-10 business days. Please refer to your tracking number for the estimated delivery date. All orders, including ones with expedited shipping, are delivered during the business week. Please note that normal processing times may increase during the holidays and peak seasons.
Layaway Policy
Articles may be placed on layaway for a maximum six-month period. Monthly payments are required in accordance with the terms of the layaway agreement. Canceled layaways are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Diamond and Color Gemstone Guarantee
We want you to be completely happy with your diamond and color gemstone jewelry, from the day you make your purchase, through all the years to come. That’s why we guarantee our diamond and color gemstone jewelry for a lifetime, as long as 6-month inspections have been performed and documented by an authorized representative.
Our diamonds and color gemstones are cut and polished by master craftsmen whose skill makes your stone beautiful and brilliant. We also guarantee the accurate carat weight of your stone and the gold content of your mounting.
Here’s what we cover:
Stone Replacement:
We will replace, free of charge*, any diamond (.25ct & below), emerald, ruby or sapphire covered by this Guarantee if it chips, breaks or is lost from its original setting during normal wear. In order for your Diamond and Gemstone Guarantee to remain in effect, you must have your diamond and/or gemstone inspected and have the inspection documented every 6 months by an authorized representative at Komara Jewelers. In addition, all necessary repairs must be completed by our representatives.
*This includes the labor and materials necessary to set the replacement diamond or gemstone.
Mounting Guarantee
For twelve months from the date of purchase, we guarantee the mounting of your diamond, emerald, ruby or sapphire against all defects in material or workmanship. We will repair or replace your mounting without charge if any defects are found during this period.
Lifetime Diamond Trade-In Policy
You may trade your diamond in for another diamond at least double the trade-in value. The trade-in value is the original purchase price, excluding charges such as tax and shipping. Color gemstone jewelry is not eligible for trade-in.
Free Lifetime Cleaning and Inspections
Bring your diamond or color gemstone jewelry into Komara Jewelers as often as you wish for free professional cleaning and inspection.
